Creating a Promotional Poster

Below is my final product for my project that required making a brand for a band. It was made entirely on photoshop and it was very tedious to make!

I first started by combing a few photos together:

I asked my model to stand in-front of my projector, where we projected a variety of coloured images onto him. We chose colour gradients as they stood out against his white shirt, and we wanted to use lots of bright colours.

I was still going strong with the bear theme so I also photoshopped a bear head onto my model. I added a slight feather so the edges didn't look rough and added a fade so it blended in with the rest of the project.

The rest was easy, I added overlays of text as if this band was real, and added a few advertising logos as this is a common convention of promotional album posters.
